Well what a busy Summer that was! Record completions in our conveyancing team, and the highest number of corporate deals completed. Thanks to the team here at Andrews Ritson for your hard work, and to our lovely clients for trusting us with their work.
And so now we’re back into it for September, back to school for the kids, and back to work from holidays and other days away over the Summer.
Given the sustained increase in instructions in our property and commercial teams, we’re now looking to add to our numbers.
So, we’re looking for paralegals (particularly those completing or having completed their LPC) and newly qualified or junior solicitors to join us here in our modern open plan offices on the outskirts of Bridgnorth, in beautiful Shropshire.
What can we offer?
Well, we have an exciting and challenging mix of work. On the property work, our instructions range from simple residential conveyancing to complex development deals for sophisticated investors. On the commercial side, we undertake everything from start ups, to assisting growing businesses with expansion by way of recruitment of staff or investment from third parties, the addition of premises, securing new customer contracts, and through to working with business owners on succession planning matters. We have an increasing number of business sales and purchases, joint ventures, and mergers. We are experienced litigators, and have been involved in significant and high profile court cases, arbitrations and mediations.
The roles we have are to support the heads of department in the further development of our work in these areas, so business development experience or a willingness to get involved in this activity is welcomed. We are keen to see our staff develop, and have a track record of enabling career progression. For the right people, there is a fast track route to equity within our practice.
Our client base is high quality, and surprises many. Our clients include high net worth individuals and experienced entrepreneurs, consultants, engineering and construction companies, developers, tech and software companies, media music and broadcasting businesses, and charities/social enterprises.
