Are you a Person with Significant Control?

Calling all Company directors and LLP members – Companies House requirements have changed and you need to get up to speed or risk the consequences…

With effect from 6th April 2016, a new requirement was introduced which means most UK companies and LLPs now have to keep a register of people with ‘significant control’ of their Company/LLP. This register is to be known as the PSC Register.

From 30th June 2016 it will be a requirement that this information is filed at Companies House so you need to start thinking now about how to comply!

A PSC Register cannot be blank, even if a company is dormant or there are no interests to be registered and it will be publicly available (except for certain confidential information).

Think you can get away with not doing it? Think again because criminal sanctions will apply for non-compliance!

So how can andrews ritson help you?

We know your time is precious so for a fixed fee we can draft the PSC register for you, or if you would prefer, we can let you have a template PSC register (along with some guidance) to assist you in getting your PSC Register completed and filed and ensuring that you comply with the many statutory requirements of the new regime.
